Masala mushroom recipe

                 

2 packets / 500g mushrooms
250 grams peas
1 cup yogurt
2 large onions
3 tomatoes
1 piece ginger
4 garlic buds
4 green chillies
Dry coriander powder as required
Red chili as per taste
1 teaspoon or salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Chopped coriander as required
Refined oil as required



#1 Add onion in the pan and cook till it turns golden brown. Now add tomato paste, then add ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and fry well.

#2 When the spices start leaving the oil, then add mashed curd and fry when the spices fry well, add all the spices.


#3 Now add boiled peas, mushrooms and mix and let it cook till covered by 15 and remove the lid and check, now your pea mushrooms are ready, serve hot.
