Easy Recipe: Make Tasty Mango Ice Cream with No Cream Biscuits

Milk - half a liter
Mary Biscuits - 1 Packet
Sugar - 5 tablespoons
Ripe Mango - 1
Malai - Optional



How to make ice cream

1. First, cook the milk in a pan on a low flame for 6-7 minutes. If the layer of milk is climbing on the pan, then mix it with the help of a spoon.
2. Break the biscuits into fine powder. Make a smooth paste by adding 3 teaspoons of milk to it.
3. Slowly add it to the boiling milk. Take care not to lump it.
4. When the milk becomes thick, remove it from the gas and cool it.
5. Prepare a paste by mixing condensed milk, mango pulp, sour cream, condensed milk in a blender.
6. Insert it into an air tight container. Be careful not to make air bubbles in the paste.
7. You can freeze the paste semi-blend and blend again, so that no air bubbles come in it and the ice cream texture becomes smooth.
8. Now put it back in the container and store it for 7-8 hours.
9. Take your ice cream is ready. Now garnish with dry fruits or cherries and serve.
