material :
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp
Green chili - 2
Ginger - 1 inch long, sliced ​​thin
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Raisins - 3 tbsp
Cashew - 3 tbsp
Almonds - 3 tbsp
Pistachios - 10-12
Salt - as per taste
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 4 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 4
Black pepper - 8-10
Bay leaf - 2

Method:
Heat oil in a deep pan. Put all the spices in the pan on low or medium heat, and fry until the oil is fragrant. Now reduce the gas and stir it with ginger. Add soaked basmati rice and stir. Add water and salt and stir and cover the pan. While the rice is cooking, prepare the garnish.
Heat two spoons of oil in a large frying pan and add chopped onions and a little salt. Fry the onion until it turns golden in color. Then take out the onion on paper.
Fry the almonds in the same oil till they become crisp. Then fry cashews and almonds until they turn light brown and crisp. Cook the rice till it soaks up the water. When it is done, drain its water.
