If your mind is filled with sharp and spicy food, then you can try cashew katli in dessert. It is very easy to make it. Let's know its recipe-

material :
1 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon Ghee
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
 

Method :
First, grind the cashew nuts in the mixer. Now add water in a pan to make syrup and put it on the gas. Add sugar and make a string syrup. Slow down the gas and mix well by adding milk to it. When it starts to thicken then add ghee and cardamom powder and stir it. This mixture starts leaving the pan and when the consistency is good, remove it from the gas. Take butter paper and spread it on it and apply another butter paper on top and make it equal to the cylinder or anything else. Now remove the butter paper and cut it into a barfi or desired shape with a mold. If you want before serving, you can also apply silver work on it.
