6 eggs (boiled and cut into square pieces)

- 3 tomato puree.

Ingredients required to make a paste (mix all and grind in a mixer)

- 2 onions

- 1 piece ginger

- 3 cloves garlic

- 3 Green Chillies

- 2 cloves

- 1 piece cinnamon

Ingredients required for spices

- 1 tbsp oil

- 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi

- 1 bay leaf

- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

- 1 onion (sliced ​​into thin slices)

- 1 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala Powder

- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- half a teaspoon coriander powder

Salt as per taste

recipe

- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and bay leaf.

- Add the onion paste and fry it till the pan leaves the oil.

Add tomato puree and salt and fry until tomato leaves.

Add eggs, kasuri methi, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and 1 cup of water and cook till the gravy thickens.

Serve with rice or roti.
