Mile type: non-wage
Essential materials
8 chicken leg pieces
3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tablespoons gram flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cashmere red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chicken masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Butter
Nonstick pan
3 tablespoons oil
Method
- To make grilled chicken, first clean the leg pieces.
- Then make an incision in one or two places on the leg piece.

- Put all the spices except butter in a pot and mix well. Spices will make a great paste.
- Apply this paste well on the leg pieces. Then keep the leg pieces for a while. If in the fridge, keep it.
- After 10-15 minutes remove the leg piece.
- Put oil in a nonstick pan and keep it on medium flame.
- Put 4-5 legs one by one in the pan and lightly fry.
- Turn over with tongs and fry well. Then cover and fry for 3-4 minutes. Doing so will soften the chicken.
- Once the leg pieces are well coated, remove them on a plate.
- Fry the rest of the leg piece in the same way.

- Now grind two legs on the square or the square of the oven.
- Light gas on medium flame and bake for 4-5 minutes by placing leg pieces on it.
- Then apply butter on the chicken pieces and bake for 1-2 more minutes.
- Grill the whole chicken leg with the same process.
- Enjoy and feed the prepared grilled chicken with onion, green chutney.
