Method of preparation: To make Szechwan macaroni, first of all, pour water in a pan on medium flame over the gas and let it get hot and when the water gets hot, add macaroni and a little salt in it and let it boil. Turn off the gas when the macaroni boils after ten minutes. Now drain the macaroni water and wash it with cold water. Take care not to add oil to it. Macaroni boiled without oil makes more test. Also, finely chop onions, carrots, capsicum and green chillies. Now put a pan on medium flame on the gas and add oil to it and let it heat up. When the oil is well heated, add chopped onion and green chilies and fry it for two minutes. Now add chopped capsicum, carrot, frozen peas to this fried onion. Fry for five minutes. Next add macaroni, shejwan sauce, tomato sauce, red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix well. Cook it for about five minutes and then turn off the gas. Tastewi Shejwan Macroni is ready.
