Know here the right way to make Kashmiri Dum Aloo

Ingredients for Kashmiri Dum Aloo
-8-10 Baby Potatoes
-2 tablespoons mustard oil
-1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
-1/2 tsp ginger powder
-1 tsp garam masala
-3-4 curry leaves
-2 cinnamon
-1 teaspoon cumin powder
-1 black cardamom
-1 teaspoon fennel powder
-1 tsp fenugreek leaves
-Cup water
Salt to taste

To make Kashmiri Dum Aloo, first boil the baby potatoes with a small hole using a knife or cut. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the boiled potatoes in it for 10-15 minutes until crisp from outside. Now take another pan and add mustard oil to it. Add black cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves to the oil. Now put Kashmiri chilli powder and a little water in the pan. Add fried potatoes and salt and mix them well. To taste, add ginger powder, garam masala, cumin powder, fennel powder and fenugreek leaves to this gravy. Now cook this gravy till thickened. Kashmiri Dum Aloo is ready. They can be served with any roti or parathas.
