Sindhi Kadhi is made of many seasonal vegetables, due to which it is full of many qualities. Sindhi Kadhi is considered very beneficial for health with taste-

material :
¼ cup oil
4 tsp asafoetida
(Crushed) 1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fenugreek
1 tsp rye
1 tsp cumin seeds
7-8 curry leaves
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
¼ cup gram flour
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
(Long cut) 2-3 green chillies
4 tsp red chilli powder
5 cups of water
2 cups green vegetables
1 cup Tomatoes
4-5 pieces Kokum
2 tbsp coriander leaves

Method :
Heat ghee in a heavy pan, add asafoetida, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
After frying lightly, add ginger and fry it. After this add frying gram flour and mix it well. Then add salt, turmeric, green chilli and red chili powder.
Boil it slowly by adding water to it. Additionally, add tomatoes and grind them well. Also, put green vegetables and kokum in it and cook on a low flame.
When all the vegetables are cooked well, then put green coriander over it and serve it
